The agreement

The service

KIIPT sets up and provides KIIPT ONE.
Your approved proposal, order or invoice defines the exact scope.
Only the listed modules, outlets and deliverables are included.

Start date & term

Service starts on the date confirmed during onboarding.
The minimum term follows your Order Summary.
After that, it continues monthly with 30 days’ notice to end.

Fees & payment

Pay the amount and on the dates in your Order Summary.
KIIPT confirms the price before extra work begins.
Overdue payment may pause the service after notice.

What you need to do

Give accurate business details, content and approvals.
Keep team logins secure and use the service lawfully.
Honour every reward or offer you publish.

Customer data & privacy

Your business data stays yours.
KIIPT uses it only to deliver, secure and improve the service.
Both sides must follow applicable privacy law.

Ownership

Your brand, content and customer data stay yours.
KIIPT’s platform, tools and reusable systems stay KIIPT’s.
Paid custom work may be used as stated in the Order Summary.

Service & support

KIIPT provides the service with reasonable skill and care.
Maintenance, fixes and feature updates may happen.
Internet and third-party services can sometimes be unavailable.

Confidentiality

Both sides protect each other’s private information.
Share it only with people who need it for the service.
Disclosure is allowed when the law requires it.

If something goes wrong

Each side is responsible for its own actions.
KIIPT is not responsible for misuse or inaccurate instructions.
Direct liability is limited to 3 months of service fees, where lawful.

Ending the agreement

A serious breach gets 14 days to be fixed after written notice.
Unlawful use, security risk or non-payment may end access sooner.
Request a data export within 30 days after service ends.

General terms

This agreement plus the Order Summary form the full deal.
Changes must be agreed in writing, including by email.
Malaysian law and Kuala Lumpur courts apply.

Your details & e-signature

KIIPT securely records the prefilled contract details, your drawn signature, agreement time and basic device information. This creates the agreement record and helps prevent misuse.
